CO-FOUNDER

Emily Williams

Formerly Board Sales Director at NetJets Europe, Emily has spent a decade advising HNWIs and globally recognised corporations on their aviation needs. 

Her detailed knowledge of the industry includes operations and manufacturers, having built-up vast experience in strategy planning and long-term business analytics for her clients.

Emily is also an experienced Managing Director having consulted and worked with several lifestyle and financial businesses focused on the ultra-high-net-worth global market.

CO-FOUNDER

Nicolas Imrie

Nic started at NetJets Europe, and over 12 years rose to leadership roles in Customer Services, Flight Operations and Sales. As Regional Director of Sales, Nic and his teams were responsible for customer retention and growth for the European business. This was later expanded to include all new business in the UK, Nordics, Middle East, and India, with emphasis on advising large corporate and aircraft owners.

Nic has a talent for understanding customer needs, recommending bespoke solutions, and negotiating exceptional deals. He also works with IWA’s largest clients and flight departments who own their own aircraft, delivering independent, expert support whatever their stage of ownership. This includes buying and selling aircraft, budgeting and invoice audits, crew management, operator supervision, and owner representation.

He holds excellent relationships with key aircraft manufacturers, global operators, and key service providers. Nic is also a fully qualified aircraft appraiser with ASA.

Cerian Walsh

Cerian joined IWA from the City where she spent over 20 years working for leading investment banks. Having honed her analytical and management skills in the financial sector, she brings a contrasting but complementary capability to the team.

 
JP Riberio

CONTRACT MANAGER

JP Ribeiro

With a background in law and customer service, JP moved into private aviation when he joined NetJets over 15 years ago. In his initial role as a Flight Dispatcher, JP learnt the technical side of operations which was critical when he moved into the Customer Service area.

Combining his technical knowledge with his focus on customer service, JP joined the Tactical Response Team which he later came to manage. As the problem-solving “voice of the client” within the company’s Operational Control Centre, the role gave great visibility into managing operational constraints whilst delivering the highest possible standard of service on every flight.

 

FLIGHT DIRECTOR

Greg Reverchon

Before joining IWA, Gregory served as Deputy Commercial Manager of Europe for TAG Aviation, managing a team of 12 direct reports between its Farnborough and Geneva offices. With 20 years in the aviation industry, his experience and knowledge helped to shape and lead a renewed commercial department and foster a new approach of service excellence.

Previously, Gregory worked within the Commercial department of the UK’s largest charter operator, Titan Airways. Here he developed a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing many large key accounts. Within this role, he managed the company’s most complex and high-profile flights.

Gregory started in the industry with the airport ground handling company Swissport. Here he gained in-depth knowledge of the entire airport infrastructure from both a customer service and operational perspective.

 
Diogo Morais

FLIGHT MANAGER

Diogo Morais

Since starting his career at NetJets over 18 years ago, Diogo has held various positions responsible for managing day-to-day operations, such as Flight Services Coordinator and Tactical Response Officer.

With this on-the-ground knowledge, he moved to Customer Relations as a Key Account Manager, looking after some of NetJets’ largest accounts, ensuring their expectations were exceeded on every flight. He remained the sole point of contact for all their flying needs.

 

FLIGHT MANAGER

Dora Szabo

Dora started her career 11 years ago in the customer service and hospitality sector where she grew to be a talented business and client relations executive. With her self-starting attitude and problem-solving abilities, she recognised her passion for aviation and joined VistaJet.

During her 5 years with VistaJet, Dora progressed quickly. As a pillar of the Client Services Team, she not only handled flight bookings but ensured that each flight was tailored to the client’s specific needs. To fulfil her operational knowledge, Dora took on the role of the Tactical Department to ensure that client expectations were always fully aligned with reality.

Dora develops highly empathetic client relationships and has earned a reputation for exceeding service standard goals within the charter business.

 

FLIGHT MANAGER

Ilaria Della Marta

Ilaria Della Marta is an accomplished professional with broad experience in private and commercial aviation, specialising in management, sales, and operations. Most recently, she served as Brokerage Director at Sand Aviation, overseeing charter operations and client relationships.

At Gulfstream Aerospace, she managed the Mayfair showroom and supported the sales and design teams. Previously, she managed a high-value client portfolio at PrivatAir in Geneva and led the charter sales team at The Charter Company.

Her experience includes leading operations at Bombardier Skyjet International, where she handled logistics for HNWIs. Ilaria began her career at British Airways and worked at Harrods and Hilton International, gaining strong expertise in luxury customer service.

 

FLIGHT MANAGER

Samanda Omanovic

Samanda has more than 15 years in the private aviation industry and has worked for several of the largest leading private aviation companies. She started her career as a flight attendant, progressed into operations across several parts of the charter business, and then on to sales and account management, where she excelled and consistently delivered results.

Samanda’s passion for outstanding service and her understanding that solutions must be tailored for each individual client’s needs has made her an exceptional account manager who continuously strives to provide a bespoke experience for her clients.

 

FLIGHT MANAGER

Luke Melnyk

Luke was a Business Development Consultant at TAG Aviation, where he applied his sales expertise to generate new charter opportunities, build client relationships, and manage flight services. With over a decade of experience, he transitioned from recruitment and technology sales into the private aviation sector, developing strong skills in client service and business development.

Previously, Luke worked for an Independent brokerage, where he excelled in aircraft charter sales, and at Gartner, a global IT services company, where he engaged with C-level executives across various industries. His passion for luxury travel and dedication to delivering high-quality service helped establish him as a trusted advisor in private aviation.

 

FLIGHT MANAGER

Jacob Pfleger

Jacob is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in airline operations, charter sales, and flight coordination.

In previous roles, including Charter Coordinator at Air Partner Inc., Jacob managed high-profile missions such as the 2018 FIFA World Cup Trophy tour and US State Department oversees charter flights. His ability to navigate complex logistics and solve in-flight and on-ground issues established his expertise in flight operations.

Jacob’s career began with roles at Euro Jet Intercontinental and Airport Coordination Australia, where he coordinated ground handling, flight logistics, and seasonal airline scheduling. His operational knowledge and commitment to seamless service have been key throughout his career.
